Tiny Turns — Terms of Service
A few rules for our little racing game.
Tiny Turns is made for short races and another try at that tricky corner. These terms explain what you can expect from the game, how you may use it, and who to contact when something goes wrong.
Last revised: 26 September 2026 · Mobile release
At a glance
- Race against our developer. Online multiplayer is not included in this release.
- Career progress is saved on your phone and is not cloud-synced. Global Records uses a Unity player identity linked to Game Center or Google Play Games.
- Tracks marked free in the game are available without the paid unlock. Unlock All Tracks is an optional one-time in-app purchase; there are no subscriptions or ads.
- You may share screenshots and recordings of your races. The game and its assets remain ours or our licensors’.
- An update reminder may offer to open the App Store. You can choose Later and keep playing.
- After four different completed tracks, an optional one-time prompt lets you send written feedback without supplying a name or email.
- Eligible full-race results can be verified and displayed on a public Event leaderboard for each track under a generated racer tag. Best Lap remains a personal local record.
- Your mandatory consumer rights still apply.
1. The studio behind Tiny Turns
Tiny Turns is provided by Visoo Labs, Tina Panzalović s.p., a Slovenian sole proprietorship at Breznica 12, 4274 Žirovnica, Slovenia. “We” and “us” mean that operator; “you” means the person using the game.
Support and legal contact: tinyturns@visoolabs.com. Please include “Tiny Turns” in your message so it reaches the right project.
2. Using the game and these terms
These terms describe the Tiny Turns service and apply when you use the game. On iPhone, its software licence is provided under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that licence; they are not a replacement custom EULA. The applicable store’s usage rules and terms also govern your dealings with Apple or Google. If a software-licence provision conflicts, the applicable EULA or store terms control, subject always to mandatory law.
If you are not old enough to make an agreement under the law where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept it on your behalf. The App Store content rating describes suitability; it does not by itself establish contractual capacity or consent to data processing.
If you do not accept the applicable terms, you should stop using the game. This does not remove any refund or other remedy available under consumer law.
Age requirement
Tiny Turns is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, ask a parent or guardian to review these terms and the Privacy Policy with you before using online features or making purchases. Local requirements for parental consent still apply. Do not use the game if you are under 13.
3. What this release includes
Tiny Turns is a slot-car racing game for compatible mobile devices in landscape orientation. Hold the driving area to accelerate and release to coast. The computer controls the other car on its own slot. The installed version supplies the tracks, car models, progression, and available features.
Your personal heat ghost is a non-interactive replay of your fastest compatible completed heat for the track and car. It stays on your own lane, does not collide, and cannot earn progress or affect race results. Ghost playback is free, starts enabled on a new installation, and needs an available matching recording. You can switch it off in Settings. Changing track geometry, car handling or race rules may invalidate older recordings. Available sound, haptic and ghost options are shown in Settings.
Each track supplies its lap count and heat format. Two-heat formats swap starting slots. A complete match is decided by combined completion time. A car that does not finish a required heat receives a DNF and loses to a car that completes the match. If both cars DNF there is no winner. Equal combined times under the game’s timing rules produce a tie. Stars and unlocks follow the conditions shown in the game.
Stars, achievements, cars, and track unlocks are game progress. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are not transferable between players. The game offers no gambling, cash prizes, player marketplace, messaging, or multiplayer in this release.
Global Records provides one public full-race Event leaderboard for each eligible track, shared by all cars on that track. Best Lap remains a personal local record. Global Records creates or restores a Unity Gaming Services player identity and requires Game Center on iPhone or Google Play Games on Android before a result can be published. Unity generates the displayed racer tag; Tiny Turns does not publish your platform nickname or let you write a public profile. Eligible completed races may be queued while offline, replay-verified by the service, and published when connectivity returns. The service may reject incomplete, incompatible, manipulated, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible results. A leaderboard rank is not a prize and has no cash value.
The game shows which tracks are free, which require Unlock All Tracks and which star requirements apply to the selected car. Purchase removes the commercial gate but does not skip star progression. Content marked coming soon cannot be played until released.
Global Records may pause for maintenance, service failures, cost protection or integrity checks. Your local races, progress and purchase access continue independently. A queued result may expire or become incompatible after an update; local results are kept even when a public score cannot be accepted. Your phone’s clock does not determine a verified score.
4. Your licence and our work
You may install and play the game for personal use on compatible devices that you own or control, as allowed by the applicable licence and store rules, including any permitted family use.
The code, track designs, models, artwork, sound, interface, and branding belong to us or their respective rights holders. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licences. Nothing here restricts rights granted by those licences or by law.
Please do not redistribute the app or its extracted assets, sell its models or artwork, remove ownership notices, impersonate the studio, or use the game to infringe someone else’s rights. Restrictions on copying, modification, and reverse engineering are subject to legal exceptions, including rights relating to interoperability and security research.
You may post your own gameplay screenshots or recordings, including reviews, streams, and videos supported by advertising. Do not suggest that we sponsor you without permission. This permission does not allow you to distribute standalone game assets or other people’s protected content.
5. Progress, your phone, and backups
Your settings, unlocked content, achievements, fastest lap/match records, and optional ghost recordings are stored locally. Full race history is not retained. The Unity player identity used for Global Records is not a career cloud-save service. Linking the same supported platform identity may restore access to its leaderboard identity and published scores, but installing the game on another phone does not automatically restore local career progress.
Deleting the app, losing the device, storage corruption, or some device-restoration operations can remove local data. Your operating system's backup and restore may preserve some app data depending on your settings, but we cannot guarantee recovery or access those backups for you. The game’s local backup file helps with some damaged-save situations; it is not an off-device backup.
We take reasonable care with saved progress. We cannot promise to restore progress that no longer exists on your device. This limitation does not exclude responsibility where the law requires a remedy for defective digital content or our own conduct.
6. Prices, payments, and refunds
Tiny Turns offers Unlock All Tracks as a one-time, non-consumable / one-time in-app purchase at the localized price Apple or Google Play displays before confirmation. It is not a recurring subscription. It removes the purchase gate from offline tracks and environments included now or added in the future, and from associated offline championship content. Personal records and the heat ghost do not require this purchase. Star progression still applies where shown. The purchase does not promise online functionality, a release date for content marked coming soon, or separately distributed apps.
Apple handles checkout on iPhone and Google Play handles checkout on Android. RevenueCat verifies and restores the purchase entitlement; neither the game nor the studio receives your card details or store-account password. Restore Purchase in Settings can re-check the purchase for the current store account after reinstall or on another eligible device on the same store. Buying on one store does not unlock the other. Access can be removed if the store refunds or revokes the transaction.
You can start an iPhone refund request through Apple’s Report a Problem service or an Android request through the applicable Google Play refund process. Eligibility depends on the transaction, your region, store terms, and applicable law. These terms do not impose an additional refund deadline or remove statutory cancellation, conformity, or refund rights. Any different future paid product or subscription would require its own price and conditions; buying or playing this version does not enrol you in one.
7. Updates and availability
On iPhone, the game may check Apple’s public App Store listing while you are in the menu. When it finds a newer version compatible with your iOS version, it can display an optional update alert. Update opens the App Store; Later returns you to the game. The alert does not download, install, or purchase anything itself.
Update information can be delayed or unavailable. Availability can differ by region, device, iOS version, and App Store rollout. A failed check does not prevent offline races. Apple may independently install updates if you have enabled automatic updates in iOS.
We may fix bugs, adjust rival balance, change presentation, or add content. Records may be grouped by compatible track, handling, and rule versions so results remain comparable. We aim to preserve earned progress when updating. Content labelled “coming soon” is unavailable in the current version and is not a commitment to a release date.
We do not promise support for every future device or operating-system version, uninterrupted third-party services, or the permanent availability of a particular feature. Any changes remain subject to applicable obligations for digital content, required updates, notice, and remedies.
8. Privacy and outside services
The Privacy Policy explains local storage, Unity Authentication and Global Records, Game Center and Google Play Games linking, product analytics through TelemetryDeck, diagnostics and optional written feedback through Sentry, purchase verification through the platform store and RevenueCat, update requests to Apple, and your rights. Offline gameplay does not mean the app never makes network requests.
Apple and our service providers have their own terms and privacy information. Following a link or opening the App Store takes you into the relevant provider’s service. Accepting these terms is not consent to optional processing where separate consent is required by law.
9. Looking after the game and each other
Please do not attack the app’s supporting services, interfere with their security, manipulate race evidence or rankings, evade reasonable rate limits, or use the studio’s support channels to threaten or harass people. If you find a vulnerability, contact us privately at tinyturns@visoolabs.com with enough detail to investigate. Please avoid sending other people’s data or exploiting the issue beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it lawfully.
This is entertainment software. Use it when it is safe to look at and hold your phone; do not play while driving or operating equipment.
We may remove a fraudulent or incompatible score or restrict online submissions after reviewing the available evidence. Contact tinyturns@visoolabs.com to report a score, an inappropriate generated racer tag, or appeal a restriction. Include the case ID from Settings → Account & privacy → Notices when available. We review appeals without requiring a purchase; offline racing and store purchase ownership are separate from a leaderboard restriction. Service notices can include a provider’s own details and appeal route.
10. When things go wrong
We work to keep Tiny Turns usable and reliable, but software can have bugs. Please send the app version, phone model, and a description of the problem to tinyturns@visoolabs.com. Avoid including passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
We do not make additional promises that the game will be error-free or suitable for a purpose beyond its advertised features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses from personal use of the game or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence where protected by law, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Your mandatory rights concerning digital content, conformity, updates, repair, price reduction, refunds, and other remedies remain intact. A free download does not reduce those rights to zero.
11. Stopping use
You can stop playing and remove the app whenever you want. Removing it can delete your local progress; it does not automatically delete information already processed by service providers or public leaderboard rows. You can delete your online account through Settings → Account & privacy → Delete online account, or request deletion without the game using the Privacy Policy’s deletion route. Online deletion removes public scores and the Unity sign-in identity while keeping local career progress and store purchases. Other data requests and permitted retention are explained there.
Termination of the software licence is governed by the applicable EULA and mandatory law. If the studio discontinues the game or a supporting service, we will provide notice and remedies where required. We may reject scores or restrict access to online leaderboard services when reasonably necessary to protect their integrity, security, or other users, subject to applicable law. We cannot remotely erase or restore your local career through the leaderboard account.
12. Disputes and applicable law
For these supplemental service terms, Slovenian law applies to the extent permitted by law. This does not displace the applicable EULA’s governing-law provisions or mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. You retain any right to bring a claim before a court or supervisory authority available under that law.
Please contact us first if you want help resolving a problem. Doing so is not a condition that prevents you from using a statutory remedy. These terms do not require private arbitration or a waiver of collective remedies available by law.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. Not immediately enforcing a provision does not mean that we permanently give it up.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the game, the studio, or the law. We will update the revision date and make the current version available. For material changes, we will provide notice and obtain agreement where required. An ordinary App Store update alert is not a substitute for any legally required notice or consent.
Changes do not retrospectively remove rights you have already acquired. If a change gives you a right to terminate or receive a remedy under applicable law, that right remains available.
